We Disclose Information in a Timely and Appropriate Manner.
Mizuno discloses information in a timely, understandable and appropriate manner to all its stakeholders, including but not limited to shareholders and investors. The Corporation uses mass media and various information tools to maintain close communication with all stakeholders.

Mizuno publishes its CSR report on an annual basis to clearly and briefly communicate to stakeholders the CSR activities that Mizuno is conducting in economic, social and environmental areas. Reports of previous years are also available at "CSR REPORT" on Mizuno's website, and leaflets of the reports have been compiled and issued in Japanese.

Newsletter "MOVE" is distributed to shareholders on a semiannual basis. This newsletter is designed to share with shareholders information regarding Mizuno's sales activities, new products, advertisement activities, and global information in addition to financial reports.
Mizuno's Osaka Head Office features the Sportology Gallery, that is open to the public. The Gallery displays exhibits based on the history of Mizuno's environmental conservation activities, products that are environmentally friendly, sporting items that have historical values, models used by top athletes, sporting goods of innovative future design and other interesting items.

Mizuno's official website introduces various clues to a healthy and happy life.






To promote in-house communication and share information with employees, Shanghai Mizuno publishes the quarterly newsletter Kangle Tiandi and hands out copies to its employees. After launching the first issue in June 2007, the company had published seven issues by the end of fiscal 2008. The newsletter carries various articles concerning inhouse seminar programs, profiles of staff members, easy lessons in Japanese language, instructions on using PCs, and many other topics.

Mizuno's booth
From October 25 to November 3, 2008 at Tempozan, Mizuno participated in the Eco-Art Festival Osaka 2008. At the Mizuno booth, we introduced our commitment to environmental protection by displaying various panels and product samples. Visitors paid With rapt attention, visitors watched wallets being made of leather patches that remainders from producing gloves, and key holders and shoehorns being made from the timber remaining from making for baseball bats.
