Information on "REBULA 3 JAPAN" and “MORELIA NEOⅡ β”

Dear Valued Customers

Thank you for continuous support and patronage of Mizuno Products.

Recently we have come to light on the issue involving “REBULA 3 JAPAN” released in June 2019 and “MORELIA NEO Ⅱ β” released in Aug 2019.

It has been found that there is a risk that the upper may be torn at an early stage of use and we would like to seek your understanding in returning product with immediate effect because the safety of consumers and providing consumers with the best performance is our top priority.

After the product is returned, a refund or an exchange with a replacement product will be given to affected customers. The replacements are currently being produced and will be announced by customer center when they are ready in case replacement is requested. We apologize that no replacement is available for MORELIA NEO Ⅱ β and only refund can be made. We are currently preparing to set up customer center to assist you.

We would like to ensure you, our dear customers that we Mizuno Corporation takes this matter very seriously. It is our promise to you that we will make sure to improve further thorough quality control and ensure that similar incidents will not happen again.

Once again we apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers who purchased the affected products. If you have any inquiries regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact the Mizuno customer center. Details on how to contact Mizuno customer center will be announced shortly.

- Due to insufficient strength of the upper sewing part, there is a risk of tearing early in use.
- You can identify if yours is affected or not with following.

Please check the manufacturing label affixed to the shoe tongue of the product as pictured below. The product number and serial number are printed on the production label.

(1) Check if the product part number is applicable.
(2) Check if the serial number corresponds to the following:
G 03 19
G 04 19
G 05 19

Products that fall under both ① and ② above are eligible products. In addition, even if the product part number and manufacturing number are applicable, those with a ● mark on the right side of the product part number are products that have been rectified and thus not eligible.
