Thorough quality control is conducted at the manufacturing plant in order to maintain that high quality. 
At every stage, each pair of shoes is reworked by hand, and the shoes that pass inspection are threaded with laces and polished by hand in the final finishing process. The shoes are thoroughly cleaned with three kinds of polishing material depending on the degree of stains. In this way, there are no shoes that are discarded once they undergo 100% inspection and become the final product that is Morelia II.
